½ Cup Fresh Spinach
½ Tsp Onion Powder
Dash of Salt to Taste (optional)
¼ Cup Shredded Mexican Cheese (optional)
Trazza Vegan Oven Roasted Garlic & Chive Hummus
- Scramble the eggs in a bowl with the spinach, onion powder, salt and cheese.
- Melt butter in large frying pan over medium high heat; add egg scramble and cook until done -light and fluffy.
- Spread Trazza Oven Roasted Garlic & Chive Hummus onto a warm tortilla.
- Add one third of the scrambled eggs to the prepared tortilla and wrap into a burrito.
Refrigerate the left-over scramble and save for another day. Makes 3 medium sized burittos.
